Mental progress matters just as much as physical results!
For one, progress might be politely declining a burger 🍔 in order to stay on track.
For another, progress may be eating that burger and not feeling anxious or a failure for doing so.
Simply rocking up at the gym may be progress for someone new to exercise.
Or on the flip side, progress for an athlete might be staying home and resting without feeling guilty about missing a session.
Too many focus on fat loss as the only measurement to represent progress. The truth is; Mental progress matters too.
