1L private 1-on-1 sessions are structured 100% around you, your training goals, experience, strength and weaknesses.

 

Whether you have a lot of training experience or just starting out, these 60 minute sessions provide high-quality coaching and support, conducted out of my private studio in Mooroolbark.

SEMI-PRIVATE

TRAINING

Semi-private sessions are a cost effective, team orientated alternative to 1-on-1 private training. 


Great for those who prefer to train alongside others, with friends, teammates, colleagues or even for those who wish to meet new people.

 

Sessions run for 60 minutes, are limited to a max of 4 people and conducted out of my private studio in Mooroolbark

INJURY

REHABILITATION

Injury rehab consults help clients through the rehabilitation process, bridging the gap between injury and returning to pain-free function.

 

Whether an everyday niggle or a major sporting injury, I work alongside your chosen health professional to ensure a cohesive approach to managing your injury.

 

Sessions focus on addressing mobility issues, regaining functionality and strength whilst reducing the risk of re-injury in the future.

 

Consults are conducted out of my private studio located in Mooroolbark.
