1LIFE Human Performance is a personal athletic high performance studio that focuses on athletic development and injury rehabilitation for both junior and open-age athletes. 

 

Having completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Psychology and currently an accredited ASCA Level 2 strength and conditioning coach, my passion lies in developing young athletes. As a previous USA College junior athlete scout, i value the importance of establishing good habits at an early age in order to improve performance, minimise injuries and reduce the likelihood of potential problems later in an athletes career. 

 

I have a wealth of experience in high performance sport having held the role of High Performance Manager at Eastern Ranges NAB League and having previously worked within the high performance departments at both the Melbourne Football club with their VFLW/AFLW program and the St Kilda Football Club with their Next Generation Academy. 

 

My aim is to bridge the gap between community and elite level sports and help provide elite level coaching, professionalism, education and long term athletic development to athletes of all ages and experience levels.

As a female athlete who loves to throw heavy weights around and challenge the status quo, I also have a burning desire to guide women and girls to feel strong and embrace their abilities not just in the gym but across all aspects of life. 

Improving an individuals quality of life by managing and rehabbing injuries, enabling an athlete to feel confident in everyday tasks and being proud of accomplishing something they previously thought would never be possible, is exactly what Human Performance stands for.
