Let’s get this straight right from the start, there is NO SUCH THING as male and female exercises 🙅🏻🙅🏼‍♂️

Girls can do pushups on their toes... Boys can do pushups on their knees... Women can do chin-ups... Men can do chin-ups... If a lady wants to bench press, then such is life!

There is no such thing as gender specific exercises. No special movements that only girls or guys should do. Whether you are a male or female ➡️ DO THEM ALL! If you can’t complete an exercise, embrace the challenge, perform a variation and build yourself up 💪🏼

Training and lifting is all relative strength; how strong you are for your body size. If you are a 90kg male then of course you will lift heavier than a 50kg female. But just because a girl weighs 50kg does not me she ‘cant’ or ‘isn’t allowed’ to deadlift!

Step up to the platform ladies and do all the deadlifts, press all the benches (maybe not literally) and get your chin above that bar 🏋🏻‍♀️
