Some swear by cardio and others demand weight training but what really is the best exercise for fat loss?
Yes, the best results for fat loss are DIETARY. You can train until the cows come home, but at the end of the day if you are failing yourself when it comes to nutrition then zero fat loss will occur.

There is no ‘quick and easy’ meal plan or workout regime that will reverse in 10-days what has taken you a lifetime to create (if anything the above will only make things worse). People run into problems when they think ‘i’ll be happy when…’ or ‘i’ll truly love myself once…’ unfortunately that is not how life works. If you struggle to love yourself now then abs (not to mention the process) won’t change your internal struggle.
You need to find a consistent routine, nutritionally, physically, emotionally that you can stick with for 30,000 days. This doesn't mean 1200 calories of boiled chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life. It means feeding your body food that is not only good for you but that you enjoy. It means finding a style of training that gets you up of a morning and actually look forward to.
At the end of the day, we only have 1LIFE and if you don't enjoy yourself and aren't happy, then whats the point?
