Truth is, excess body fat comes from eating too many calories. PERIOD!
Doesn’t matter if those calories come from fats, carbs or proteins. Doesn’t matter if those calories are from pasta, pizza, pancakes, chicken, milk, coffee, lettuce or smashed avo with triple extra avo .
Too many calories are too many calories.
Sure not all calories are created equal but to say fat alone makes you fat is just ludicrous.
