At 1L Human Performance, our injury rehabilitation sessions support clients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries related to sport, work, or daily activity.

With extensive experience in injury rehabilitation, management and re-injury prevention, 1L take a structured, evidence-based approach to every session. Programs are tailored to your specific injury, stage of recovery & overall physical capacity to ensure safe & effective progression.

We collaborate closely with your healthcare providers - including GPs, physiotherapists & other specialists - to maintain clear communication & continuity of care throughout your rehabilitation process.​ Should further treatment or specialist input be required, we can connect you with our trusted network of allied health professionals who share our commitment to optimal recovery & long-term solutions.

Delivered in our private Mooroolbark studio, 1L rehab sessions don’t just focus on returning you to pre-injury function - they aim to enhance your overall movement capacity, strength & resilience.
