8 WEEK
INTRODUCTORY

This 8-week block is designed to rebuild your fundamentals and set the tone for long-term performance.

 

You’ll develop full-body strength, improve mobility, and lay down the essential building blocks of athletic movement. Through purposeful training sessions and foundational conditioning, you’ll feel stronger, move better, and build the wellness habits that support everything to come.


Perfect for: returning athletes, beginners building their base, or anyone wanting to feel athletic again.

$30 per week

16 WEEK
PERFORMANCE

Take your foundation and elevate it.

Across 16 weeks, you’ll build on your initial strength and movement foundations and shift into more advanced athletic development.

 

This block introduces power training, speed mechanics, & higher-level strength progressions. Conditioning becomes more competition-focused, with sessions targeting acceleration, deceleration, agility, and repeat-effort fitness.


Perfect for: athletes preparing for pre-season, anyone wanting to level up strength + speed, or those ready to push beyond the basics.

$25 per week

24 WEEK
COMPLETE

 

The complete system for your best season yet.
 

This is your all-in, long-term athletic development pathway. A comprehensive 6 month strength & conditioning program for athletes looking to maximise their athletic potential. 

 

You’ll master advanced speed and power qualities, build unmatched conditioning resilience, and develop the robustness needed to perform consistently at your best.


Perfect for: athletes focused on long-term development, competition prep, or anyone looking to build habits that support sustained high performance.

$20 per week

ONGOING APP ACCESS: NO LOCK-IN CONTRACT

ONLINE FAQ'S

What if i don't have gym access...

A full gym setup opens the door for more variety and progression, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The app includes simple exercise swaps if you’re missing certain gear. Ideally, you’ll have access to dumbbells, a bench, a barbell and weight plates to get the most out of your program.
