PRIVATE TRAINING
1L Training is all about your child. Their sport. Their goals. Their pace.

These 1-on-1 sessions are completely tailored to the individual, combining expert coaching, age-appropriate programming, and modern Strength & Conditioning principles to help young athletes grow stronger, move better and feel more confident in their sport.

Each 45-minute session is built around where your child is right now - their abilities, experience and goals for the future. Whether they’re just starting out or chasing that next level of performance, the focus is on building strength, coordination, confidence and resilience - the kind that lasts both on and off the field.

Sessions are run from my private Mooroolbark studio, where your child gets focused guidance, plenty of encouragement and a program designed just for them.​ Because when young athletes learn to move well, they don’t just perform better - they enjoy the process more, stay healthier and build a foundation for a lifetime of sport.


SMALL-GROUP TRAINING
1L Small Group Training brings together 4–6 young athletes in a supportive, high-energy environment where they can learn, grow, and challenge themselves alongside their peers.
Each session combines expert coaching, age-appropriate programming and advanced Strength & Conditioning principles designed to build athletic performance, movement quality and long-term resilience - all while fostering a motivating, team-focused environment.
Sessions run for 45 minutes and are carefully structured around each athlete’s stage of development, sport and goals. While the group trains together, every child still gets personalised attention and guidance to ensure they’re learning proper technique and progressing safely.
Held in my private Mooroolbark studio, small-group training creates the perfect balance - individualised coaching with the fun, teamwork and motivation that comes from training alongside others.

For all junior enquiries, parents or guardians will receive an email requesting details about their child - including age, training experience and goals for joining 1LIFE sessions.

Our small-group junior sessions run at set times throughout the week for both boys and girls, grouped by age and experience. This ensures each athlete trains in a safe, supportive environment alongside their peers.
