1L Private Training is all about you - your goals, your body and the way you want to feel.

Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into training or already active and looking to move smarter, our 60-minute sessions give you personalised coaching, clear structure and guidance to help you progress safely and confidently.

In my fully private Mooroolbark studio, you’ll work one-on-one with me to focus on building strength, improving movement and helping you feel capable in your body - every session tailored to what matters most to you.

This is your time, your space & your program - designed to help you stay fit, feel good & get the most out of every session... and out of life.

SMALL-GROUP TRAINING

1L Small Group Training brings 4–6 adults together in a focused, supportive environment where everyone works at their own level.

​

Each 60-minute session is structured around practical strength, movement quality and overall fitness, with coaching tailored to each participant’s goals and abilities.

​

Even in a group setting, you get individual attention to make sure exercises are done safely and effectively, helping you progress consistently.

​

Held in my private Mooroolbark studio, these sessions offer expert guidance, a sense of accountability and the motivation that comes from training alongside others - without compromising on personalised coaching.

Absolutely!

Yes - we work with clients of all ages, including those simply wanting to stay active, strong, and independent. Training is built around improving mobility, balance, and overall movement quality to help you move with confidence and enjoy day-to-day life with fewer limitations. Each program is tailored to your ability level and adjusted as you progress.
