CLUB VISITS
1Life Human Performance offers in-person club visits, where Dana delivers tailored strength and conditioning sessions directly at your training venue.
These sessions are designed to bridge the gap between general fitness and the specific physical demands of competition, giving your athletes a firsthand experience of high-performance training.
Sessions can be delivered as a once-off workshop - providing your players and coaches with valuable insights into elite-level preparation, movement quality, and injury prevention - or integrated into your ongoing seasonal program to support consistent development throughout the year.
Each visit is structured around the needs of your sport, playing group, and available facilities. Whether it’s refining strength and power fundamentals, improving conditioning standards or educating players on recovery and performance habits, every session is evidence-based, practical and built for long-term results. How is 1L different from regular training?
Many clubs believe their strength and conditioning is already covered - but the truth is, most are missing the mark. Club coaches have their own strengths: developing skills, tactics, and managing players. That’s where their focus should be. At 1Life Human Performance, ours is developing the athlete behind the player.
Traditional “fitness” drills like laps, hill sprints, or long-distance runs might build endurance, but they don’t develop the physical qualities needed for sport-specific performance. Conditioning isn’t just cardio - it’s about improving balance, change of direction, speed, strength, power, and the ability to absorb and produce force efficiently.
Our sessions are built around those principles. Every program is designed to make athletes faster, stronger, and more resilient - not just fitter.
