At 1Life, we understand the demands of modern athletes - balancing training, club commitments and work or study can make it hard to get the right support on the field or court.  That’s why we’ve created an online coaching system designed specifically for aspiring athletes.

Our online programs focus on performance, movement quality and injury prevention and they’re tailored to your sport, position and season - whether pre-season, in-season or off-season.

 

Each program is designed to fit seamlessly around your club training, matches and other commitments, giving you a structured, professional approach without the need for in-person sessions.

With a private coach available online, you get expert guidance, feedback and support - all while saving time and money compared to traditional face-to-face coaching.

 

You’ll have a program built around your goals, your schedule and the realities of your sport, helping you stay consistent, perform at your best and reduce injury risk, no matter where your season takes you.

Aspiring - Face to Face

IN-PERSON HYBRID

At 1Life, we know that serious athletes face a constant balancing act - training, compeition, recovery, work or study.

 

That’s why we’ve created a hybrid coaching program designed for athletes who want a complete, all-encompassing approach to performance.

This Hybrid program combines online, sport-specific training - tailored to your needs and stage of the season (pre-season, in-season, or off-season) - with a weekly in-person session at our Mooroolbark studio. This gives you hands-on guidance to refine technique, build strength and reduce injury risk, while still fitting around your club commitments and schedule.

With a dedicated coach to work with both online and in-person, you’ll get structured programs, expert feedback and personalised adjustments to keep you performing at your best.

 

Whether you’re aiming to elevate your game, stay consistent or push past plateaus, this hybrid approach ensures you have everything you need - wherever your season and schedule take you.
